Macbeth and the witches

Macbeth

I believe that the correct horoscope for Macbeth would be a Capricorn, this is due to several reasons, and the first one is that Macbeth seems like he is in charge of or above Banquo, this factor means that he is obviously loyal to and respects Macbeth and his rights, this can be shown as one of the character traits of a Capricorn from the line “Capricorn have a need to achieve goals and to experience respect.” Another reason that I believe Macbeth to be a Capricorn is that he is the first one to speak when finding the witches, this shows that he is respected and that he has a large sense of authority, this relates to the Capricorn horoscope as can be shown from the line “The Capricorn person has a strong sense of duty that often results in them holding positions of authority.”

Banquo

I believe that the correct horoscope for Banquo would be a Sagittarius, because he seems very curious, I believe this to be true as the first thing he says to the witches when entering the room that they are in is very demanding, as if he is interrogating them, this character trait can be shown from the line “Sagittarius are concerned with the meaning of things and don't like to be held down because that will prevent them from learning, exploring, and experiencing new things.” Another reason is that (in the clip we watched) he was the first one to pull out his rifle as soon as he saw the witches; this is one of the characteristics of the Sagittarius, which can be shown from the line “Those born under Fire signs tend to be enthusiastic about life.”

Witches

I believe that the correct horoscope for the witches would be an Aquarius; this is because during this scene they are very firm-faced and still, and hold their ground even when being shouted at by others. They also perform horrifying acts, but perform these without any sign of sympathy; this is clearly stated as one of the characters of the Aquarius “Theirs is not one of the more emotional horoscopes.” Another reason is that witches are seen to be cruel, and from the clip that we saw, we can see one of the witches ruthlessly tearing out the heart of a patient. This is an obvious character of the Aquarius, as can be shown from the line “Their detachment from emotional issues can lead them behaving insensitively or even cruelly.” The last reason is the factor stating “They think quickly and abruptly change subject when they feel they have grasped all that they need to know.” This is clearly shown by the witches when people are interrogating them with questions, and they only state the points that they want them to know.

Lady Macbeth

I believe that Lady Macbeth would be a Scorpio, this is due to how she is loyal to Macbeth and that she would even kill for his benefits, this can be shown from the line "That my keen knife sees not the wound it makes (this shows that she is willing to kill Duncan).” The second reason for her being a Scorpio is that she is Resourceful and observant, this can be shown from how she already knows hoe she will kill Duncan (using a knife) and when. The last reason is that Scorpios are seen to be manipulative; this is obviously one of the character traits of Lady Macbeth, as she is the one who is plotting and acting out the death of Duncan the King.
