Witches 5 pictures

In this photo the things that really bring out the power of the opening scene, are how the witches are all wearing stereotypical witch clothes such as ragged and drapes and a sort of cauldron like space which smoke is emitting from. It also has a very dark atmosphere, which creates a very spooky picture.

 

There are several things in this image that bring out the power of the opening scene if Macbeth, this is how the witches are not all dressed as stereotypical witches as seen in cartoons, but as people dressed in clothes of Macbeth's time. They are also all pointing at one place, showing that they are accusing and aggressive, which is what we would imagine a witch of that time to be like. The picture also contains a dark and black atmosphere, which makes the photo both spooky and scary.

This image is very much the same as the one above,but in this one the atmosphere is much darker making it much more spooky. The witches also have very long tongues sticking out, these look inhuman and therefore make the picture look slightly disturbing.

This image contains a very stereotypical version  of what we believe witches to look like. What really brings out the power in this image is the typical cauldron, which obviously shows that they are witches. The cloths and hair on their heads are also very very rages and disgusting-looking; this makes them look horrifying and disturbing all in one photo.

This image is very different to the others that I have talked about. This one is exceedingly more disturbing than the rest, this is because it has been drawn in a way that is more mysterious and dark. The brown paper also makes it look old, giving it a creepy effect.

The image that best brings out the power of Macbeth's opening scene is the one below, this is because it has been created using some sort of watercolors rubbed on top of paint, this makes it look blurry creating a very scary and spooky image
